Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 14, 2026

MegaOne Global LLC ("MegaOne," "we," "us") operates megaone.us and our client dashboard (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We handle information in two ways: information we collect directly from you as a visitor or client (where we're responsible for that data), and information processed on your behalf through advertising tools we set up on your own website (where we're acting on your instructions — more on this in Section 4 below).

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, business details, and advertising budget when you contact us or sign up; account and billing information when you use the client dashboard or sign a Service Agreement; anything you send us by email, chat, or phone; and brand assets or access credentials you provide for your campaigns.
  • Information collected automatically — standard technical data like your device/browser type, IP address, and how you use our site, via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Payment information — if you pay by card or bank transfer, our payment processor handles your details; we only receive what we need to reconcile your account (billing name, amount, status).

2. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep our site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure our own marketing. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect how well our site works.

3. How We Use and Share Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, run your account and campaigns, invoice you, communicate with you, improve our services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where needed — with service providers who help us run our business (payments, hosting, analytics), with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to manage your campaigns, with our professional advisors, if our business is sold or merged, or where the law requires it.

4. Data We Process on Your Behalf (Pixels & Conversion Tracking)

As part of our services, we may set up tracking tools — pixels, tags, and server-side conversion APIs for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google — on your own website or app. Through these tools, we may process information about your visitors and customers (like hashed contact details, device info, and on-site activity) in order to run and measure your campaigns.

For this data, we act on your instructions, not our own — we don't use it for our own purposes or mix it with other clients' data. You're responsible for having your own privacy policy and consent mechanisms in place to cover this collection on your website, and for making sure you have the right to share this data with us and the advertising platforms. If one of your customers contacts us with a question about this, we'll point them back to you.

5. Retention and Security

We keep information as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no system is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain uses of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing at any time. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request — we may need to verify your identity first.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are meant for businesses, not individuals under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last Updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use our Services after a change means you accept it.
