Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how MegaOne Global LLC ("MegaOne," "we") handles refund requests. It works alongside our Terms of Service and your Service Agreement; if they conflict, your Service Agreement controls.
1. Two Types of Payment
What you pay us generally falls into two buckets: Service Fees (for our strategy, management, and creative work) and Ad Spend (funds used as media spend on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google). Refund treatment is different for each, as explained below.
As reflected in our Terms of Service: payments made to MegaOne constitute non-refundable prepayment for our advertising execution services, except as expressly set out in this Refund Policy. Any amount shown in your dashboard is a service credit reflecting unspent prepayment — not a deposit, and not an amount you own outright with a general right of redemption. An approved refund is MegaOne returning part of a payment to you under the process below, not releasing funds MegaOne was holding on your behalf.
2. Service Fees — Non-Refundable
Once a billing period has started or work has begun, Service Fees for that period aren't refundable, regardless of campaign results, unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Ad Spend — Refundable Only If Not Yet Used
Ad Spend that's already been submitted to or spent by an advertising platform is non-refundable — once a platform has billed or applied it, we have no way to recall it. The portion of your Ad Spend still reflected as an unspent service credit, though, may be refunded on request, minus the processing/cancellation fee described below.
4. Processing / Cancellation Fee
Refunds of unspent Ad Spend are subject to a processing/cancellation fee to cover administrative and payment costs. The specific fee is the one set out in your Service Agreement — since this can vary by engagement, check your agreement or ask us at the email below if you're not sure.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your account/company name, the amount you'd like refunded, and (if relevant) your bank details for the refund. We'll confirm how much of your service credit is unspent and eligible, and let you know next steps.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process approved refunds as promptly as we reasonably can once we've confirmed your unspent service credit. Your bank may take some additional time to reflect the refund on your end.
7. When We Won't Issue a Refund
We won't refund Service Fees for work already underway, Ad Spend already allocated to a platform, engagements we've ended due to your breach of these Terms (like non-payment), or requests based purely on dissatisfaction with results where we've delivered the Services as agreed.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your invoice, reach out to us first at [email protected] so we can sort it out directly, before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the terms in effect when you paid us generally apply to that payment, unless the law says otherwise.
